Abdullahi Mukhtar Mohammad Esq. was born on 11th August, 1967 and hails from Kubau Local Government of Kaduna State. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in International Law and Diplomacy and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
He is currently a PhD student with the University of Bolton, U.K and a bonafide member of the Nigerian Bar and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administrators.

He did his primary school education at Primary School Ebikoro Obike from 1980-1986. He later attended Christ the King Secondary School Obike from 1990 to 1996. His university education was at Imo State University Owerri from 1997-2004 where he obtained Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree with 2nd Class (Upper Division). He later proceeded to the Nigerian Law School Abuja for Bar Part 11 which he completed with 2nd Class (Upper Division) certificate.
He was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2005. In 2017, he obtained the certificate of Membership of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) and in 2019 he obtained the Fellowship Certificate of the same body.

Attended primary school at Low Cost Primary School Askira from 1994 to 2000 and also attended General Murtala Mohammed College Yola from 1995 to 2001. He subsequently went to Mohammed Goni College of Legal and Islamic Studies from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008 he attended the University of Maiduguri where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree. From 2009 to 2010, he studied at the Nigerian Law School and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010.
He has so far in his career wok across different sectors including the Legal Aid Community Development Service Initiative, Bayalsa State and others.
